		<description>I for one appreciate Ron's contribution to Council. So, too, his sensitivity to the "latte" issue. 

Most especially , rest assured , Ron, I don't consider you "that kind of person".

I do think that Council is way too into the management of this City.

They are taking on tasks that are both beyond their abilities and , probably, more important,  their   realistic  mandate.


I think they need to limit what they do to broad oversight.

And, in my view, the best way to do it, would be to start by limiting Council Meetings to 2 hrs bi-weekly. if they can't get it done, then it gets moved on to the next meeting. Such a requirement would, in my view, force Council to consider priorities and restrict the micro-management.</description>
