Parking Questions: More? Underground?

Should we be subsidizing more automobile transportation? How do we balance that with encouraging alternatives such as light rail and a downtown that requires less automobiles? These are tough questions to ask in a state that manufactures autos. The University is planning more parking structures around the hospital.

Don’t extend meter hours/ enforcement downtown
